Screening and Product Information

There are a few key factors to think about when selecting screens, so we’ve created a handy Product Helper to guide you through. Here we look at where to place your screens, the type of frame you need, how to determine size, fixing options and type of mesh you may need. You can find out more about specific product categories and kits by visiting the Online shop or by selecting the Residential Fly Screens and Commercial Fly Screens sections on the home page. Here you can find detailed information about product type e.g. kits for windows, kits for Patio doors as well as specific kit information such as size, options and price.

Ordering

When you're ready to order you can purchase straight away (see How to Order). If you can't find a kit to match your requirements, or need some advice please call us – we will be pleased to help you.

Once you've placed your order we email an order acknowledgement. You can visit our online shop whenever you want to check your order progress or alternatively give us a call.

Your order will be despatched within 3 working days for payment by Debit or Credit Card, 5 working days for cheques. All UK orders are despatched on a next day courier with full tracking facilities.

Assembly and Installation

All kits come with a comprehensive set of instructions to guide you through the assembly and installation process. Our best advice is to take your time and work through the instructions, however if you need some guidance just give us a call on 01628 481919 and we will be happy to help.
